Basic Hire Rate is a groundbreaking, unique web-based database, which provides geo-comparative vehicle hire rates to all business sectors involved in the credit hire industry.

The technology-led solution has been built outwards prior to launch, to meet the needs of insurers, solicitors, credit hire operators and the rental industry for a robust, benchmarking tool.

We currently capture a visual snapshot from every mainstream rental company on a daily basis throughout the UK. Each snapshot illustrates details of the rental company branch location and every vehicle quote for that day for a hire period of 7 days.

This allows us to provide contemporaneous rate evidence in all of our basic hire rate statements as well as our rebuttal statements.
