Tracing Service
We offer a professional people-tracing service to help trace an individual or group of people anywhere in the UK.
Our team of investigators will re-establish contact with any untraced party, be it the claimant, defendant, witness, passengers etc and obtain new contact details. If contact with the claimant cannot be made by phone, investigators can ‘cold call’ at the address supplied, leaving a letter asking that the subject makes contact with us as soon as possible.
The team will also make enquiries with neighbours or local businesses to establish whether or not the claimant still resides or works at the address supplied.
Using the latest, cutting-edge forensic technology and specialist data analysis techniques, our investigators will use every piece of information available to them to begin tracing any relevant individuals. This process is carried out in the strictest of confidence, using entirely legal procedures.We provide a two-tiered method of tracing people; by searching publicly-accessible records and databases and by using specialist tracing methods, which are more labour-intensive and, consequently, take a longer period of time to achieve a result.
Many of our investigators are former Police Officers and are therefore used to attempting to trace additional witnesses to incidents – they have the expertise to know who to approach and how to do so.
The location, new address and any other relevant information will be supplied to the client by APU upon completion.
